This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies gabsor.com uses, why, and how you control them. It covers the public website only. The client platform at app.gabsor.com has its own notice.
The website is operated by Gabsor, LLC, 304 South Jones Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States ("Gabsor", "we", "us"), which is the controller of any personal data collected through cookies on this site. GAB COMPLIANCE LTD, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, Ireland (CRO 822233) is our representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR, and GAB COMPLIANCE LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (Companies House 17274988) is our representative in the UK under Article 27 UK GDPR. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more generally; this policy deals only with cookies and similar technologies.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser later. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: local storage and session storage in your browser, pixels, and scripts that read device information. This policy uses "cookies" to mean all of these.
Cookies are either set by us (first-party) or by a service we use (third-party). They last for a browsing session or for a fixed period.
We set non-essential cookies only after you have agreed to them. Using the website does not count as agreement.
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and, in the UK, regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. They are limited to what the website needs to work and to record your own choice.

We also measure overall traffic with Plausible Analytics, which runs without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Because it stores no identifier on your device, it does not require consent under the rules above; it is listed under "Who receives data" below.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through pages, including scrolling, clicks and session replays. Replays mask text typed into forms. Clarity data is not aggregated or anonymous at the point of collection; it is pseudonymous session data held by Microsoft and used to improve the website.

We do not sell data collected through cookies and we do not share it with advertising networks.
When you first visit, the cookie banner asks for your choice. Analytics and functional cookies are off until you turn them on. "Reject all" and "Accept all" do what they say; "Overview" lets you choose by category.
To change your mind later, use the link in the footer of every page. It reopens the banner, and your new choice takes effect immediately. Turning a category off stops new cookies in that category; cookies already set are deleted or expire according to the durations above.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge are published by their makers. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie means the banner will appear on each visit.
